Questions streamers ask first
Does the free sample start a paid subscription?
No. First-time creators can request one free sample of 3 clips from their own VOD. Existing sample orders remain eligible. Upgrading to a one-time pack or monthly plan is your choice; the sample does not start a paid subscription.
Do I need to find highlights or send timestamps?
No. Send the full VOD or video link and we select the moments. You do not need to mark a start or end time, write a script, or edit anything yourself.
How fast do clips come back?
Sample, 5 and 10 clips are usually delivered within 48 hours after accessible footage arrives. The 20-clip pack comes in two batches, with remaining timing confirmed in Whop. Monthly clips arrive in weekly batches. Editing starts once your link works.
Which paid pack should I choose?
Choose 5 clips for a smaller €55 first order, 10 for a €100 batch, or 20 for a larger €180 one-time order. If you stream regularly and want weekly batches, choose 24 clips for €199 per billing month. Only the monthly plan renews; applicable taxes appear at checkout.
Does posting one clip on three platforms use three clips?
No. A pack counts distinct edited clips. You can download each MP4 and post that same edit to TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Reels. We deliver the files; you publish them yourself.
Can I request revisions?
Yes. Tell us the delivered clip filename and what you would like changed, such as the caption wording, framing or pacing. Plain-language notes are enough; no timestamps needed.
What stream formats do you accept?
Send a public or unlisted Twitch/YouTube video, or a link to a downloadable video file. If you use Drive or Dropbox, enable access to the file. Keep the link available while we work. Clear audio helps us create accurate captions.
What if one VOD does not have enough usable moments?
We will ask for another full VOD to complete your pack. The number of useful moments depends on the footage; you still do not need to select individual sections.
Can I choose the caption language or style?
Yes, share your preferences with your order. Otherwise we use the source language and readable captions. Translation, voice dubbing and automatic posting are not included in these clip packs.
Are views or viral results guaranteed?
No. We deliver edited clips, and you decide where and when to post them. Reach depends on your content, audience and platform. Output quality also depends on the original recording.
How do I send another VOD after ordering?
Open Clip Craft in your Whop account and use Support for your order. Include your order or pack name and the full VOD link. Do not post private footage in public forum threads.
