Before you send it
- Use a public/unlisted Twitch or YouTube VOD, or a downloadable video-file link.
- Enable file access if you use Drive or Dropbox. Avoid expired links.
- Only send footage you have permission to use. Clear source audio helps captions.
- Caption language and style preferences are optional. We handle the rest.
Already have an order?
Open Clip Craft in Whop and use Support to send an updated VOD or ask about delivery. For revisions, tell us the clip filename and what to change. Keep private footage out of public forum posts.
